Modern technology
- In spite of its long experience in the labour market, Work4Truckers is constantly improving its knowledge by listening to drivers' opinions. We are well aware that the truck is the driver's second home. Every home must have the right facilities so that, after the hardships of the journey, the driver can take a breather before the next challenges. With such a long presence on the market, we can only afford to work with companies that offer modern vehicles that are up to four years old. All cars have refrigerators, wide and comfortable beds, parking air conditioning and modern navigation systems. There are times when companies ask us to consult on the choice of cars for the fleet, paying attention to driver comfort. However, a car is not everything. During weekends, our drivers are provided with suitable accommodation. If they stay away from company bases, we provide them with comfortable hotels with all the services they need for rest and relaxation; if these are bases, the drivers stay in rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms, they have an audiovisual room, a kitchen, a dining room, laundry facilities with drying room and a gym. Cars are available for drivers to explore the nearby area or visit relatives.

- We are now staffed by coordinators and specialists who speak Ukrainian, Russian, Georgian, English and Polish. Communication is not a problem for us. Every driver working with Work4Truckers has his or her own individual caregiver, available 24/7, and emergency lines are also set up for unexpected events.
